Wil-key international, a company registered in the United States of America was set up ten(10) years ago providing consultation services for containment lining solution. Wil-key international also involved in the sales and services for geomembrane welding equipment and geomembrane seam testing equipment.

In year 2004, wil-key international has a joint ventures agreement with a Malaysia registered company, pipaco sdn. Bhd. And renamed the company to wil-key international sdn. Bhd.

Pipaco sdn. Bhd. Manufactured geomembrane seam equipment and seam testing equipment. Products inclue wedge welder, extrusion welder, vacuum tester, air pressure test kit and etc. These equipments have been sold to all the six continents worldwide.

As a contractor, pipaco was involved in the installation of the geomembrane, geotextile and pipe butt fusion welding work. Pipaco installation crews have over 50 years of combined experience and over 50 millions of square meters of geomembrane installation experience.

With the new joint venture, wil-key international sdn bhd is committed to provide a full coverage in containment services comprises of:

1. Material support(geomembrane and other geosynthetic material)
2. Equipment support(geomembrane welding and testing equipment)3. Installation support(geomembrane installation and other geosynthetic installation)
4. Consultation support(design and quality assurance)

Wil-key international sdn bhd is in cooperation with some of the world-renowned geosynthetic manufacturers to provide total geosynthetic solutions to the world.

The mission for wil-key international sdn bhd is to go more aggressively into the world market in the field that both pipaco and wil-key international have been doing in the past decades.
